1. GENERAL

1.1. Before using our website, please read these Bonus Terms and Conditions carefully. Registering a Player Account with the website confirms your consent to the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The laws of Malta apply to the Bonus Terms and Conditions. If there are discrepancies with other language versions, the English version will always prevail.

1.3. The Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions on our Site. When a promotion is released, Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions will be provided detailing the specific and significant terms of that Promotion. Together, these form part of the Bonus Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Terms and Conditions, the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.4. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. An offer/promotion is limited to one per Player (one per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, and payment method). Players using a shared computer can only have one Account per computer or IP address. In case accounts are found to be sharing the details previously mentioned, we reserve the right to confiscate the funds on the Accounts and block Accounts. If applicable, the original deposit made by the Player will not be confiscated, and only the bonus and/or winnings from the bonus will be confiscated.

2.2. Our employees, officers, directors, or any of Our Group Companies shall not be eligible for offers.

2.3. To be eligible for offers, you must have a verified phone number and enable marketing contact, which can be enabled via your account profile.

2.4. If You are or You become self-excluded during the offer, you will not be eligible to participate in offers or receive any bonuses or prizes during the time You have self-excluded.

2.5. Deposits made by specific payment methods like E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill, Paysafe Card, etc.) will not be eligible for any casino deposit bonuses. Sportsbook bonuses carry no restrictions. If a payment method is not allowed, this will be notified in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to forfeit any bonus along with the accumulated winnings for any bonuses claimed using the deposit methods mentioned above at our discretion.

2.6. Players must claim and receive their bonus before playing their deposit. If a bonus is not triggered, players should contact player support to assign the bonus. Bonus requests made after playing the qualifying deposit will not be honoured.

2.7. Players can forfeit any active casino bonus on the page Account > Profile > Dashboard or by contacting player support. Forfeiting any active bonus with any active winnings associated with it will result in the forfeiture of said winnings.

2.8. Players can forfeit any active sportsbook bonus (where available) on the page Sports > Campaigns or by contacting player support. Forfeiting any active bonus with any active winnings associated with it will result in the forfeiture of said winnings.

2.9. Players can monitor their current remaining wagering requirement(s) by going to My Account > Profile > Dashboard for the Casino bonuses or by going to Sports > Campaigns > Deactivate Campaigns for the Sportsbook bonuses.

2.10. In the interest of fair gaming, there is a maximum allowed stake per casino bet until the wagering requirements have been met. This maximum stake is €5/50 NOK/NZ$8 or currency equivalent. A Bet is defined as one slot spin. This rule applies when using any double-up/gamble feature in any game, such as a slots bonus round. This means the Player may not continue to double a win to an amount larger than €10/100 NOK/NZ16/other currency equivalent. In case of a breach of this rule, the Player agrees that the bonus and any associated winnings may be void.

2.11. The minimum deposit required is €20/200 NOK/NZ$40. For any other currency we accept, the minimum deposit amount will always be specified in the Cashier when you make a deposit.

2.12. The website reserves the right to update the Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are always aware of these terms.

2.13. Most casino bonus offers have 72 hours to be used once issued. Casino bonuses with specific expiry times and/or claiming times that may be longer or shorter shall be detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions. Any offers that are unclaimed or expire before being claimed will not be granted. Any bonuses that have commenced and the promotional-specific time that has passed will be honoured.

2.14. All sportsbook bonus offers (where available) have specific expiry times and/or claiming times, which will be outlined in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions. 2.15. Once a bonus has been claimed, you will have 48 hours to complete any associated wagering requirements.  If the time is longer or shorter, it will be detailed in the promotional-specific terms of the offer.  Where wagering is not completed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

2.16. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any promotion or future promotion to any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion.

2.17. Offers/bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. BONUS FUNDS

3.1. Where used in any Promotion-specific terms, "Bonus" or "Bonus Funds" mean any funds or equivalent that we have credited to the Bonus Wallet of your Player Account (the "Bonus Balance"). Bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn or paid out but must be used to place wagers on the Site. Depending on the Promotion, these bonus funds may be convertible to real money in your Account (the "Cash Balance") after fulfilling a specific set of terms and conditions within the Promotion (e.g. a wagering requirement).

3.2. "Free Spins" means a bonus consisting of the right to play slot games which require no stake.

4. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

4.1. A wagering requirement means the number of times you must wager the value of the qualifying deposit and a bonus awarded to you or, in other cases, just the bonus awarded to you before that bonus becomes part of your Cash Balance (a "Wagering Requirement").

Until you have met the wagering requirements for a bonus, all winnings from that bonus will be pending and may not be withdrawn. If you forfeit the bonus, all bonus funds (i.e. winnings relating to that bonus) will also be removed. Any winnings obtained from using bonus spins are considered bonus Funds and must be wagered according to the Wagering Requirements applicable to that Promotion before being able to withdraw.

• Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement for all casino welcome/new player bonuses is 25 times the qualifying deposit and amount of bonus given.
• Other casino deposit bonuses have wagering requirements stated, and wagering requirements refer to the qualifying deposit and the bonus awarded.
• Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement for all sportsbook bonuses is 16 times the bonus awarded.
• No-deposit casino or sports bonuses awarded have wagering requirements stated. As there is no deposit required, wagering refers only to the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement will be removed when a deposit bonus and associated winnings reach a balance of €0.10 or currency equivalent.
• All winnings generated whilst a bonus is active on an account, irrespective of being made via real money or bonus money, will be subject to the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

5. WAGERING ORDER

5.1. While a player has both a bonus and real money balance, bets will be deducted from the real money balance first. Winnings whilst a bonus is active on a player’s account are added to the real cash balance (the amount of the bet from which the winnings are derived from whilst remaining win amount is added to bonus balance).

5.2. When the real money balance is less than the allowed bet, the bet will be placed from a mixture of real money and bonus money balance.

5.3. If a bet made with bonus funds is larger than the maximum allowable bet or is made on a game which is excluded from bonuses, this bet will automatically be taken from the real money balance where possible, and the wagering for the additional amount over the limits will not be counted towards the bonus.

5.4. For the casino, only one bonus type can be active on your Account at any time. If you have several different bonuses, such as Free Spins and a deposit bonus, fulfilling the wagering requirement will only count towards the active bonus. Once completed, the wagering conditions of the previous bonus granted are annulled. When a new bonus is activated, the wagering conditions of that bonus would have to be fulfilled in full until the conditions of the new bonus are met, at which point the remaining bonus funds/winnings minus the initial bonus amount granted will be converted into Cash.

5.5. For any sportsbook, only one bonus can be active on your Account at any time. If you have several different bonuses, the wagering will only count towards the current active bonus. Once this has been completed, the wagering will count towards your next bonus after manually activating it under your profile.

6. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

6.1. Players making a new deposit with an active bonus on their account will forfeit the active bonus.

6.2. You can withdraw your original deposit amount at any moment (subject to any checks and verifications that we would be required to do as part of our regulatory obligations).

6.3. Should you wish to withdraw any deposited amount before completing the wagering requirements attached to the Promotion, you will forfeit your bonus balance, including any related winnings.

7. BONUS ABUSE

7.1. While playing with wagers made using their bonus balance, Players are strictly prohibited from delaying the playing of a Game round until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met and/or they have deposited new funds. This includes all bonus and/or Free Spin modes and features that may arise due to wagers made using the player's bonus balance. In the event that this occurs, the player agrees that their bonus and/or any associated winnings may be voided.

7.2. If we have reason to believe that the offer is being abused and/or our terms are being breached, the following actions will be taken against such abusers:

• Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard to have been redeemed by misuse of the system or participation in or connected to any form of bonus abuse/prohibited practices and/or
• Players abusing bonus offers may be blocked from receiving further bonuses; and/or
• Abusing player accounts are subject to closure.

A list of what may be deemed abuse or prohibited practices include but is not limited to:

• Using more than one Account or using third-party Account (s).
• Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us, is considered bonus abuse and any potential winnings generated from that offer will be cancelled/confiscated.
• Equal, zero or low-margin bets.
• Placing single bets equal to or over 20% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their Account until such a time as the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering bonuses on excluded games.
• Co-operation, collusion, or organisation of bets from the same source.
• Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating.
• Masking IP address or using a VPN.
• Employees of the company and any associated company, their families and anyone connected with the company and the scheme, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in the Promotion.
• Failure to complete or follow wagering requirements.
• Colluding with others to gain an unfair advantage (including through bonus schemes or similar incentives offered by us or by intentionally losing money to other players (e.g. chip dumping).
• Attempting to register false or misleading account information.
• Acting (or attempting to act) in any way which we reasonably deem to be illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, made in bad faith or intended to defraud us and/or circumvent any contractual or legal restrictions, regardless of whether such act or attempted act actually causes us any damage or harm.
• Any Sportsbook bets made using bonus funds, profit boosts, odds boosts, risk-free bets, or bonus bets must not be placed on outcomes which are correlated or in opposition to one another. Any risk hedging by selecting correlated outcomes to ensure a profit with the bonus types mentioned above will be considered in breach, and any winnings and bonus funds may be voided and confiscated.
• Take unfair advantage, including:

- By seeking to exploit a fault, loophole, or error in our or any third party's software used by you in connection with the Site to your advantage and/or to the disadvantage of us and/or other players.

- Using third-party software or analysis systems, including but not limited to software that includes features that (a) enables play without human intervention (e.g. Bots) and/or (b) makes automated decisions.

- Criminal activity, including (but not limited to) match-fixing, rigging or misusing insider information, cheating, bribery, fraud, or conspiracy; and/or

- Breaching the rules of a sport's governing body (each, a "Prohibited Act").

- Carrying out a Prohibited Act will constitute a material breach of these terms and terms and conditions. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect Prohibited Acts and to identify the relevant players concerned if they occur.

If we have reason to believe you have carried out a Prohibited Act, we shall be entitled to withhold the whole or part of the balance and/or recover from your Player Account (or any Duplicate Account) the amount of any pay-outs, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by or are in any way attribute to the Prohibited Act. You agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses incurred or suffered by the company arising directly or indirectly from your Prohibited Act. The rights set out in this clause do not affect any other rights (including any common law rights) we may have against you, under the terms and conditions or otherwise.

7.3. We reserve the right to refuse, rescind or reclaim a bonus and/or any pending winnings from gameplay using the bonus funds if any terms are breached or if there is evidence that a Player is abusing the promotions or is using the Promotion to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group.

7.4. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks to ensure compliance with our Agreement. Should such checks reveal a breach of the Agreement, we may exercise our right to confiscate the bonus and/or winnings from the bonus and/or block accounts.

8. PROMOTIONAL PLAY RESTRICTIONS

8.1. Some games are excluded from being played with bonus funds. You will be notified of this upon entering the game. Bets in these games will only be taken from your cash balance. Your bonus balance will not be used; thus, bets will not contribute to your wagering requirement. Sports bets are excluded from bonus wagering on casino games.

8.2. No bets placed on any sportsbook odds will contribute towards casino bonus wagering requirements.

8.3. No bets placed on any Live casino game or RNG table game will contribute towards casino bonus Wagering Requirements

8.4. The maximum bet with an active deposit bonus is €5/50 NOK/NZ$8 per spin, irrespective of the number of bet lines in Bonus-enabled games. We reserve the right to void bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts.

8.5. We reserve the right to manage how bonuses are used before you may cash them in. Therefore, not all bets will count towards the wagering requirements for your bonus. Most games contribute towards the wagering requirements, but not all.

8.6. Certain bonuses will only be eligible for certain games. These games will be outlined in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions. All other games will be excluded from contributing to the wagering requirement.

8.7. The maximum amounts that can be converted into real withdrawable cash or withdrawn from bonus offers are promotions as below:

• The maximum amount that can be converted from a first time deposit/reload reward/bonus is x5 (five times) the maximum reload reward/bonus amount claimable unless stated otherwise.
• The maximum amount that can be converted from a deposit/reload reward/bonus is x10 (ten times) the maximum reload reward/bonus amount claimable unless stated otherwise.
• The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a no-deposit registration reward is €100 (or currency equivalent).
• The maximum amount that can be converted from any other free no-deposit reward is €1,000 (or currency equivalent) unless stated otherwise.
• The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from any Deposit for Free Spins offer is €5,000 (or currency equivalent) unless stated otherwise.

9. AMENDMENTS AND ERRORS

9.1. We may reclaim any offer or bonus awarded in error.

9.2. We may amend an offer/promotion to correct typographical errors or improve understanding. We reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer at any time if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

10. FREE SPINS (CASINO)

10.1. All Free Spins have a value of the minimum stake allowed on the participating game (unless otherwise stated).

10.2. Free Spins are valid for seven days once credited and will expire after that is unused.

10.3. A withdrawal within those seven days will mean any unused Free Spins are lost.

10.4. Unless stated in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions, there are no wagering requirements on any Free Spin Winnings

10.5. Withdrawals from Free Spin Winnings are capped at €10,000.

10.6. Any Free Spins bonuses from Sports betting offers will not be granted to players betting on both sides of the same betting market to minimise losses.

10.7. Any sports bets cashed out before an event's end do not qualify for any Free Spins offers.

10.8. Free Spins can only be used on a specific game/s, which will be detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions.

10.9. Most Free Spins offers are advertised in Euros (€). If you claim an offer advertised in euros but deposit with a different currency, you will receive the equivalent offer in your currency, where available. Please note where we have different locales for different markets, the offers may be different, depending on where the player is resident.

10.10. We reserve the right to cancel or modify Free Spins promotions at any time, and the Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.

11. CASHBACK (WHERE AVAILABLE)

11.1. From time to time, cashback promotions may be available. Details of any cashback promotion, including full Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions will be provided to players.

11.2. Cashback is awarded at a maximum of 10% of real money losses and is only available to players who have made a successful deposit, hold an active account status and have enabled marketing.

11.3. Cashback is calculated on your net losses generated from real money bets on participating games only. If you have a net loss in a week from all bets on any games (and sports wagers where available) in the specified time period, you will receive 10% cashback on the losses accrued on the participating games only. A player can have a net loss on cashback-enabled games but be an overall net winner in a week from bets on other non-cashback-enabled games or sports wagers (where available). In this example, the player is not eligible for Cashback.

11.4. Cashback is only available on participating games detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashback, found under the Cashback tab. Any other games, Free Spins and sports wagers (where available) do not qualify for Cashback.

11.5. Cashback is 'claimable' and needs to be claimed each week before it's added to your account.

11.6. Cashback cannot be used to trigger any deposit or Free Spins bonuses available.

11.7. Cashback is ready to claim after a 7-day period, as detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashback. Cashback is ready to claim almost immediately when the qualifying period is over, but allow up to 48 hours after this period has passed.

11.8. Specific details of any other Cashback promotions, including full Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions will be provided to players.

11.9. Cashback has a wagering requirement of 1X before it can be converted to real cash. Wagering can be completed on games under the Bonus Games tab only.

11.10. Cashback has a max limit of €5,000 (or currency equivalent), per player, per week.

11.11. We reserve the right to cancel or modify Cashback promotions at any time prior to the commencement of the promotion, and the Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.

12. SPORTSBOOK BONUSES (WHERE AVAILABLE)

12.1. All sports bonuses have qualifying bets for wagering, which must be placed at the minimum odds detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions.

12.2. To be eligible for a sportsbook bonus, players must login, visit the Campaigns page and opt into the offer by activating the relevant coupon code.

12.3. Cashed-out, tied, void or partially void bets do not contribute to the wagering.

12.4. Repeat bets on the same selection are not allowed.

12.5. Refunded, Tie, Cancelled, and Denied bets will not be counted towards the rollover requirements for the bonus.

12.6. If a bonus is cancelled with open bets outstanding placed with bonus money, bonus money will be removed from the original bet stake.

12.7. We reserve the right to cancel or modify sports bonus promotions at any time, and the Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.

13. SPORTSBOOK BONUS FREE BETS (WHERE AVAILABLE)

13.1. Free Bet/s must be used before the defined expiry date (usually seven days unless explicitly stated in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions). The Free Bet/s will be credited once promotional periods have ended and within the time stated on the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions.

13.2. Free Bets must be used on sports/markets with maximum odds, which will be detailed in the Promotional Specific Terms and Conditions.

13.3. Free Bet stake is not returned with any winnings.

13.4. Max winnings from Free Bets are capped at €5,000/50,000 NOK/NZ$8,000 or currency equivalent.

13.5. We reserve the right to withhold Free Bets to players where there is evidence players are arbing both sides of the same betting market to minimise losses in return for Free Bets.

13.6. Bets cashed out before the end of the event will not qualify for the Free Bets.

13.7. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time prior to the commencement of any promotion, and the Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.
