• To be eligible for Cashback, you must enable marketing preferences. You can do this via the button above or through your Profile settings. You can change this setting at any time.
• Cashback is 'claimable' and must be claimed each week before it's added to your account. Login each Thursday after the Cashback week ends, and you will see a reward box. Just tap the box, and the Cashback will be credited directly to your balance.
• You have seven days from when Cashback is ready to claim it, or it will expire.
• You must wager your Cashback once (X1) on any games under the Bonus Games tab to withdraw it or to play non-bonus games.
• Players have seven days from claiming Cashback to complete the wagering requirement.
• The maximum Cashback amount is limited to 5,000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per week, per player.
• Cashback will only be paid out to accounts with an active status.
• Cashback is enabled for all Slots only.
• Cashback is based on a 7-day period, running from 00:00 UTC on Thursday to 23:59 UTC the following Wednesday.
• Table Games, Live Casino Games, and Jackpot Games are excluded from the Cashback Promotion.
• Only players with a net loss on all casino games will be eligible for 10% Cashback, (paid only on net losses on Cashback-eligible games). For example, a player who lost €500 on slots but won €1,000 on blackjack during the promotional period would not qualify for Cashback.
• Cashback is not paid out on Free Spins, bonus money, or previous Cashback.
• Cashback is only available to players who have made a successful deposit.
